Q: How can I get additional help with doing an assignment for my on-line class?
A: We have a 24-hour support staff offering quick response time. Just post your question on your Instructor's message board.

Q: I'm interested in taking a class that is not currently on your list of classes offered. Will you be adding more classes to the list?
A: Yes. Please e-mail us so that we may determine how many people are interested in a particular class. If enough people express an interest we will try to add the class to our list. Check out our weekly newsletter for class updates.

Q: How can my name be taken off the list of people receiving newsletters?
A: You may be taken off the list by typing in your e-mail address and clicking 'unsubscribe'.

Q: How do I find out about new jobs or new classes that are offered by eshelps?
A: We have a weekly newsletter that you may subscribe to. Just type in your e-mail address and click on 'subscribe' to begin receiving our newletter.

Q: How can I find out what others have thought of your services?
A: We publish testimonies from those that have used our services. Click on "testimonials" on the page for services, on-line jobs, classes or 24-hour help desk.

Q: How do I become a part of your electronic staff?
A: Go to our main page and click on 'on-line jobs. Fill out the form descibing your skills and day/hours per week that you are available to work. Click 'submit form' then we will take a look at your qualifications and contact you.

Q: My business is expanding and we are out of office space. I need several people to perform various duties without having to provide office space for them. Can you help me?
A: Yes, we have an electronic staff that is knowledgeable and dependable. We can handle any large or small assignment.

Q: Do you have someone available to come to my business and train my employees on using our new computer software?
A: Yes, we have instructors available to provide on-site training.

Q: How long will it take to get an answer from the help desk?
A: The reply time for a question posted on the message board is less that 2 hours. Emergencies can get instant help by phone.

Q: Do I have to sign on at a certain time to participate in the on-line classes?
A: No, you can sign on any day, at any time during the four week period.

Q: How long do your on-line classes last?
A: Most classes last for 4 weeks

Q: Do you offer beginning and advanced computer classes?
A: Yes, our classes for beginners teach the basics in easy to understand language. Our advance classes assume some prior knowledge in the subject matter.

Q: Is there a fee for signing up to become part of your electronic staff?
A: There is no charge for becoming part of our electronic staff.

Q: Is it possible for me to work 100% from my home with your company?
A: Of course. We have many jobs that can be completed in the confort of your home on your computer.

Q: I'm interested in working on a part-time basis. Do you have any part-time jobs available.
A: Yes, we have both part and full time work available.

Q: How often do you update your job board?
A: Check daily for updates. We are constantly getting in job requests.

Q: Can you guys really be reached at night and on weekends?
A: Yes, ES Helps has a staff working 24 hours a day that can be reached anytime, anyday.

Q: How long does it take to get a quote for computer work that I need done?
A: We will respond to all work request within 12 hours.
